SUMMARY:Key Stage 3 Parent meeting re Hindleap Residential
DESCRIPTION:HINDLEAP RESIDENTIAL TRIP MARCH 11th-14th  \n  \nDear Parents/Carers\, \n  \nPlans for the KS3 residential trip to Hindleap Warren are moving along smoothly. \n  \nWe would like you and your child to attend an information evening on Thursday 8th February at 3.30p.m.  If you are able to attend the meeting your child will remain at school to attend the meeting with you.  \n  \nAt the meeting we will go through the itinerary and kit needed for the trip\, and discuss sleeping arrangements\, dietary needs\, allergies etc.  We will also provide information about contact in the event of an emergency.  It is important that you attend this meeting. \n  \nPlease be aware that we are only able to give medication that has a pharmacy label with exact dose (we are not allowed to give medication that is labelled ‘as directed’). You will need to give your doctor notice to get medication labelled appropriately. \n  \nShould you have any pressing questions that require answers prior to the meeting\, please do not hesitate to contact me Beth King \n
