Key Stage 3 Parent meeting re Hindleap Residential

HINDLEAP RESIDENTIAL TRIP MARCH 11th-14th
Dear Parents/Carers,
Plans for the KS3 residential trip to Hindleap Warren are moving along smoothly.
We would like you and your child to attend an information evening on Thursday 8th February at 3.30p.m. If you are able to attend the meeting your child will remain at school to attend the meeting with you.
At the meeting we will go through the itinerary and kit needed for the trip, and discuss sleeping arrangements, dietary needs, allergies etc. We will also provide information about contact in the event of an emergency. It is important that you attend this meeting.
Please be aware that we are only able to give medication that has a pharmacy label with exact dose (we are not allowed to give medication that is labelled ‘as directed’). You will need to give your doctor notice to get medication labelled appropriately.
